The City of Castle Pines (a Denver-metro home-rule city of about 11,000 to 13,000 people, incorporated 2008) maintains a 'Strategic Plan: Community Dashboard' web page that states the city has 'a strong commitment to transparency' and lists five dashboard categories with two to five metrics each, tied to an annual council retreat and strategic plan. The dashboard was announced in the 2023 budget as a quarterly-updated page; as rendered on 2026-10-20 the page shows only the metric names and a link to the 2026-2027 plan, with no metric values, charts or indicators.
