Sudbury, Massachusetts
Teen Tech
Problem
Older and younger people rarely spend time together. Elders feel sidelined; youth feel unheard. Local knowledge slips away.
Solution
'Teen Tech Day' was a monthly program at the town-run Sudbury Senior Center (40 Fairbank Road) documented in Patch listings from December 2011 to March 2012, in which two Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School students helped seniors with computers, cell phones and iPods in booked half-hour or one-hour slots. The senior center's 2024 and 2026 materials list drop-in Thursday Walk-in Tech Help with adult volunteers and vendor-run iPhone clinics, and no student program.
